Massage in Islingtonfor a body that's been holding on.

Restorative, deep tissue and pregnancy massage with Sarah McNaughton, a holistic therapist and HCPC-registered occupational therapist. Unhurried, one to one, and shaped around you. By appointment, moments from Archway, Holloway and Finsbury Park.

Hands at work, or the calm of the treatment room

Tension has a way of settling in and staying. In the shoulders after months at a desk, in the lower back through pregnancy, in the quiet places we brace without noticing. Massage is how you begin to let it go.

Holuha Flow is a calm massage practice in North London, a few minutes from Archway, Upper Holloway and Finsbury Park. Every session is one to one and unhurried, shaped around your body on the day rather than a fixed routine.

Who I work with

I work with people moving through loss, change and challenge, whether through illness, injury or the ordinary weight of a demanding life. Some come to ease a specific pain. Others simply need an hour to be met with care. Both are welcome, one to one or in small groups.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Where is the studio?

The studio is by appointment in the N19 area of North London, within easy reach of Archway, Upper Holloway, Finsbury Park and the wider Islington area. The full address is shared when you book.

Which massage is right for me?

If you're carrying specific tension or pain, deep tissue is often the place to start. If you're pregnant or recently had a baby, pregnancy and postnatal massage is tailored and safe. If you simply need to rest and reset, restorative massage is a slow, full-body treatment. If you're unsure, tell me what's going on and I'll recommend the right fit.

Do I need to have had massage before?

Not at all. Many people come for the first time carrying nerves as well as tension. Every session starts with a short conversation so we can go at a pace that feels right for you.

How do I book?

Send a message through the contact form or email Sarah directly. I'll reply personally, usually within a working day, and we'll find a time that works.

How much does a massage cost?

Sessions are £40 for 30 minutes, £75 for 60 minutes and £107 for 90 minutes, the same across all three massage treatments.

By appointment

Ready when you are.
